I’ve always believed in the old saying that we must live life to the fullest. And as parents we want our kids to do the same, especially as homeschooling parents who want their kids to socialize and make friends, despite not being in a traditional school environment.
But it's been a struggle finding homeschooling groups in the Miami Broward area. I am happy to announce that Next Level Taekwondo has agreed to host a weekly (or bi-weekly) Homeschooling karate group with some fun and learning thrown in the mix. We are starting out with karate, art class, and fun once a week in the morning and hope to expand into more activities such as clay making, language classes, and monthly trips as parents sign up their children.

About Next Level Taekwondo
At Next Level Taekwondo their instructors have over 30 years of combined teaching experience. Master Antwaun Wilson was introduced to the art of Taekwondo at 4 years old. With diligent training, Master Antwaun became a National and International Champion, a Master Instructor and a National Referee. In 2008, Master Antwaun founded Next Level Taekwondo.
Master Antwaun is also the Host of the All-Star International TKD Open at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He is an 8-Time U.S. National Taekwondo Champion in Sparring and a 6-Time U.S. National Taekwondo Champion in Forms.
The goal at Next Level Taekwondo is to engage the mind and body and help all students surpass their own expectations.

About the Program
Initially, until we get the group going strong- we will be offering 1 hour of karate, 1 hour of art, and 1/2 of fun activities.
Once a week for a total of 2 1/2 hours each time.
Price is $25 per child (price can come down the more kids enroll)

Welcome to my blog, a place where I can share my thoughts on homeschooling and candidly display the good and the challenging sides of being a homeschooling parent. Obviously, If you've chosen to homeschool your children as I have, its because its something you're passionate about. But we dont have to pretend that everything is perfect all the time. One of the things that I find challenging is finding homeschooling activities close to home.
I created this blog and group to help homeschooling kids in our local community, specifically Broward county (but everyone is welcome to join). To make life just a little more fun for our kids and easier for us parents (so we dont have to shlep too far to find homeschooling activities for our children). I invite you to explore my content. I will be sending out bi-monthly blog articles about homeschooling.
